Sonesta Simply Suites Detroit Warren

Sam was the housecleaner that did my room. Was her first day but you couldn't tell. She did an excellent job, and I was impressed. With employees like that I'll definitely come back when I'm in Warren.

The hotel room was spacious and spotless. The bathroom was well-stocked with plenty of towels and the standard toiletries. I especially loved the generous room layout, particularly the kitchen area, which included all the essentials - cutlery, a cooker, fridge, and microwave. The bed was also very comfortable and clean, making for a pleasant stay overall.

We stayed two nights. Our room was comfortable, clean and a nice size. Bed was a little on the hard side but comfortable. Our room had adjoining rooms and second night we could smell cigarette smoke. Other than that it was a great stay. The kitchenette was nice to have. All soaps provided and dishes as well. Service was friendly and the grounds are kept nice. Grills outside as well.

I've been staying at the Days inn next door about 2 weeks out of every month for the past year. I'm currently in the Sonesta simply Suites hotel enjoying my stay, mainly because the price was so much cheaper than it has ever been, and the hotel is so nice and it's so clean for this area and for this price. Shout out to Alex she was my Reservations Desk Attendant and she was very helpful, kind and attentive. This hotel deserves all 5 stars!

My staycay was everything I needed, the Assistant GM, Elainda McClain was tentative, professional, prompt and just overall great customer service experience, thank you once again , she literally walked me to my room, she didn't have to, much appreciated!!!!! Also that BED was theeee most comfortable, breakfast was great, no issues for me, my go to spot!!!

I cannot rate this facility and staff highly enough. Every aspect of our stay was dealt with in an efficient considerate manner. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The atmosphere was comfortable and all interactions were exemplary. We were even provided with information on dining and recreation in the area. I highly recommend this location and plan to stay there again when my travel needs require lodging in this area. We reserved 4 rooms and each was fantastic.

This Sonesta location is always my go-to hotel when I'm working in the area. Everything has always been clean and comfortable, and the staff is always friendly. The kitchenette is stocked with pots, pans, plates, bowls and utensils so you can cook like you're at home, and the convenient laundry room makes it easy to keep yourself in clean clothes. This is definitely a great option for any travelers that want the amenities of home.
